Calm Air Twin Otter landing on Knight's Hill esker, which is seen in the background. The aircraft did not land on the landing strip behind it, but rather a landing depression with rocks and wires. The pilot of the plane was not sure were the strip was, the researchers had a safe but bumpy time landing.
