| dc.description.abstract | I propose a new committee to speed up decision-making and increase organizational effectiveness. I realize there will be objections to the creation of yet another committee, but please read on: this committee obviates the need for other committees, subcommittees, working groups and task forces, and will make our work easier, faster and more rigorous.
