This thesis will explore how I can reduce the impact of anxiety on my stage performance and how I can be more comfortable, while finding ways to be unique as an actor. For this effect, a range of methodologies will be applied so that my self-awareness, self-respect and self-confidence as a performer can be increased and I can remain in the moment systematically.
