dc.description.abstract | Being physically active is about more than making individuals healthy. Physical activity builds healthy communities, which has both short term and long term effects. Physical activity also functions as a space for social inclusion. However, there are social barriers that affect a person’s ability to be physical, with a lack of space, time or resources. As a result, health is affected by factors like income, migration, and education. More research is needed to understand how health and physical activity are influenced by social factors. | en_US |
