Work and Climate Change Report website

The Work and Climate Change Report (WCR) began in 2011 as part of the Work in a Warming World (W3) project and continued to the end of the Adapting Canadian Work and Workplaces to Climate Change (ACW) project in 2021. The WCR was a current awareness service for news and publications which related to the underserved topic of workers and the workplace. The focus was on Canada, but also highlighted those international publications and news which had exceptional relevance to Canadians. Although some items from the mainstream media are represented, the majority of items are from the alternative press, labour unions, environmental advocacy groups, think tanks, and government.

The WCR website was available at workandclimatechangereport.org but is no longer maintained or updated. It has been archived below in files which can be used to reconstitute the website. The contents of the WCR have also been converted to a PDF file that can be searched by opening the file, typing Ctrl+F and typing in your search term in the pop-up menu that will appear.
