Multiple translatorship is considered from three perspectives: multiple translatorship in the translation process (exploring the intricate web of relations between those involved in the translation event), multiple translatorship in the translation product (tracing possible influences in paratexts and preliminary drafts), and authority and authorship in multiple translatorship.Proposant une notion nouvelle, celle de « l’autorité traductive multiple », cette introduction examine les nombreuses manières dont la capacité d’action du traducteur est intimement liée à celle d’autres agents au cours du processus par lequel nait une traduction.
