Our platform was put to the test in imaging larval and adult pan neural worms, as well as in analyzing control and neurotoxin-exposed worms. Additionally, we utilized a new transgenic worm model for Parkinson's disease and were able to detect a fluorescence difference between larval and adult stages. The result is a vast dataset of high-content images that will be invaluable in future research.Author owns copyright, except where explicitly noted.
